Description: This patient had 445cc gel implants placed years ago in Mexico. She feels that the implants are to large for her 5ft 130lbs frame. She decided to remove the implants and perform a breast lift with fat transfer to the breasts. The fat Transfer was 150cc Right breast, 230cc Left breast. Although the breasts are smaller, she says she is more comfortable with the new size and happier. The post op results are 2 mos after her procedure.
